Caio Batista is a Brazilian-Portuguese Creative Director and Designer born and raised in São Paulo.

He has a Masters in Art Direction from Miami Ad School, and 16 years’ experience working at top advertising agencies like TBWA, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, DDB, WundermanThompson and Antoni.

He has been responsible for films, activations, digital strategy, and visual design for brand campaigns like Mercedes-Benz, Samsung, InBev - Brahma & Budweiser, BMW, P&G, Microsoft, Johnnie Walker, Adidas, ESPN, Ford, Nissan, MAN Trucks, McDonald's, and Knorr.

Caio's work has been recognized by Cannes Lions Festival, D&Ad, OneShow, Clio, El Ojo de Iberoamerica, Lusos, Wave Festival, CCSP, Awwwards and CSS Design Awards. It has also been featured in numerous publications, like Fast Company, Ad Age, Creativity, Dazed & Confused, Communication Arts, Contagious, Computer Arts, Webdesigner Magazine.

After roles in Chicago, Berlin, Madrid and São Paulo, he is currently living in New York and it’s part of the team leading the creative work for The Coca-Cola Company at Ogilvy - named the world's most creative agency network in 2022.

Caio believes creative collaboration is a vital part of transforming brands into conversation & pop culture. He identifies as a Queer proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and is mostly interested in making the workspace more diverse and inclusive. 🏳️‍🌈
